Pay the booking deposit before you book your slot. A meeting or video call with Anirudh is confirmed only once your deposit is received and matched to your booking. Audit fees below are plus 18% GST (the payment links show the total including GST); the booking deposit is charged flat.
1. How We Engage — and What It Costs
I sell audits, not property. The qualification call with the AKRES team is free. A meeting or video call with Anirudh is booked with a booking deposit, paid before you pick a slot, and audits are paid engagements.

The booking deposit of ₹1,500 holds your slot for a meeting or video call with Anirudh:
- Pay the ₹1,500 deposit before you book your slot — it holds your meeting or video call with Anirudh.
- Go ahead with any audit within 30 days: the full ₹1,500 is adjusted against the fee.
- Attend but don't go ahead: no refund — the deposit pays for the meeting.
- No-show, or not answering calls: the deposit is forfeited.
- Running late: the meeting still ends at the slot's scheduled time.
2. When Your Booking Is Confirmed
Meeting or video call: pay the booking deposit first, then pick a slot on Cal.com and enter your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_). Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is matched, and you will receive the date, time and joining details. A slot booked without the deposit is not confirmed and may be released.
Site visit: your slot is provisional until the site-visit fee is paid. An unpaid slot is not a confirmed appointment and may be released.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Booking deposit — no refund. If you cancel or reschedule a meeting or video call more than one hour before it starts, the deposit stays as credit for 30 days, towards a rescheduled meeting or an audit.
- Paid site visit cancelled more than one hour before it starts — you receive a full refund of the site-visit fee, processed to your original payment method via Razorpay (typically 5–7 working days).
- Cancel within the last hour, or simply do not show up — this is treated as a no-show under Section 4 below.
4. No-Shows and Missed Appointments
If you miss an appointment you have paid for, the following applies depending on the type of engagement:
- Missed meeting or video call — if you do not join, or do not answer our calls, the booking deposit is forfeited. Joining late does not extend the meeting: it still ends at the slot's scheduled time. The full deposit rules are in Section 1.
- Missed site visit, or unreachable at the scheduled time — if you do not attend a scheduled site visit, or cannot be reached for the visit, the entire amount paid for that site visit is forfeited and is non-refundable.
The one-hour window in Section 3 always applies first: if you let us know more than an hour ahead, the no-show rules above do not apply (a booking deposit stays as 30-day credit; a site-visit fee is refunded). The rules above apply to genuine no-shows and last-minute drop-offs.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
- All payments are collected through Razorpay. Eligible refunds (a site-visit fee cancelled in time, or a booking AKRES cancels) are issued to the same payment method used.
- The booking deposit is not refunded; it is adjusted, held as credit, or forfeited under the rules in Section 1.
- Refund timelines depend on your bank or card issuer — typically 5–7 working days after the refund is initiated.
6. Rescheduling
If you need to move your appointment rather than cancel it, reschedule more than one hour before the start time and your deposit or fee carries over to the new slot at no extra charge (a booking deposit can be carried for up to 30 days). A reschedule requested within the last hour, or a no-show, is treated under Section 4.
